Standard Delivery Turnaround Time:
Once your item has been collected, our standard delivery turnaround time is 72 hours. This means that you can expect your order to be delivered within three business days after it has been picked up for shipment.Cut-Off Time for 72-Hour Delivery:
Please be aware that any items collected after 5 PM will not qualify for our 72-hour delivery guarantee. Orders collected after this time will be processed on the following business day, and the 72-hour delivery window will start from the next business day's collection time.Express Delivery Options:
Same-Day Delivery: We offer a 100% surcharge for same-day delivery services. This option ensures that your item is delivered on the same day it is collected. Next-Day Delivery: If you prefer next-day delivery, a 50% surcharge over the standard price will be applied. This ensures that your item is delivered within 24 hours of booking of item.Important Note: One-day delivery is not available on weekly offs and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
Additional Charges for Small Orders:
For orders totalling less than Rs 750/-, an extra charge will be applicable based on the delivery area. This additional fee will be calculated and informed you at the time of booking of your item/article.In-Store Pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at JClean store. We will send you by call when your order is ready along with instructions.Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.
