REFUND POLICY



We are committed to providing quality service, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please follow the guidelines below for requesting a refund:

  1. Refund Request: You have 48 hours from the time you receive your package to request a refund. To do so, please contact us via email/call with your request.
  2. Response Time: Upon receiving your written request, we will respond as quickly as possible with the details of your refund, if applicable. Please note that we may request additional information to process your refund. Janta Dry Cleaners LLP reserves a right to modify the terms of these policies from time to time and request the customer to read and understand these before availing the services.
  3. Refund Process: If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card or original payment method.
  4. Maximum Amount of refund: In the event of any loss or damage to an item, we can reimburse up to a maximum of five (5) times the service charges (laundry/dry clean) for each item, subject to the Laundry Manager’s approval. Claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original laundry invoice. No claims will be entertained after 48 hours.
